Your health is our top priority.
Therefore, we produce our  Products without harmful biocides or additional chemicals that could harm your skin's own bacterial flora or cause an allergic reaction.

===  Vegan  ***

Sustainability also includes animal welfare.
We have consciously decided not to use any animal ingredients in our  products, but to manufacture our collection from organic cotton – Taynies are 100% vegan.

===  Washing and care  ***

Taynie products are washable up to 60 degrees.
After wearing them, wash your period panties and pad with cold water to prevent the blood from clotting.
The nursing pads do not need to be washed with cold water. 
Then put the underwear and the pad, preferably in a laundry net, in the washing machine and wash them at max. 60 degrees.
However, 30-40 degrees is enough to wash all bacteria out of the underwear and extend its lifespan.
After washing  The products are dried in the air – they do not like dryers and irons at all.
We would also advise against using fabric softeners, as this will reduce absorbency.
If you take good care of your Taynie products, they will last up to 4 years.

Taynie products are shipped within Germany with DHL GoGreen.
The shipping costs are €2.90, even if you order just one Taynie.
For orders over 70 € we offer free shipping.
Delivery for packages within Germany takes approx.  2-5 Workdays .
Of course you can track your package using a tracking number.

For deliveries to EU countries we charge 9,00 €, the delivery time takes about 7 working daysdays .

The underwear should of course be in perfect condition.
To return the item, please fill out the enclosed form and send the goods back to us with postage paid. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
We will refund the money for the goods or, if desired, send you an exchange free of charge.
